基本情况
男，1971年出生，河南南阳人，法学博士，中国政法大学教授，国际法学院副院长,国际法研究中心常务副主任，航空与空间法中心副主任，外事委员会委员。并兼任中国国际法学会理事、中国空间法学会常务理事、北京市国际法学会常务理事、中国改革开放论坛理事、世界经济论坛空间安全理事会理事、韩国高丽大学、国立汉城大学访问教授。曾多次到欧、美、加、韩、澳、新、墨等国著名高校进行学术交流，在国际学术会议上做涉及WTO、空间法、条约法等专题发言，并作为国际法专家，多次在联合国日内瓦办事处举办的“国际空间安全年会”上做大会发言，并参加UNIDIR主导的联合国磋商会议。

1987-1991年在西南政法学院学习,取得法学学士学位
1995-1996年在中国政法大学研究生院学习,取得国际经济法专业硕士学位
1996-1999年在中国政法大学研究生院学习,取得国际法专业博士学位
2001年在美国加州大学圣迭戈分校学习，获得WTO课程证书
代表性论著
出版法学著作十余部，发表中英文论文十余篇，涉及国际公法、国际贸易法、国际空间法等领域。主持或参与多项国际项目、省部级项目和校级项目以及横向合作项目。著有《WTO争端解决机制》、《WTO贸易与环境法律问题》、《国际法学述评》（合著）、《电子商务法导论》（合著）、《空间法概要》（合著）、国家“十一五规划”教材在内的多种《国际法》（合著）教材，在国内外刊物上发表《WTO保障措施的源流和法律特征》、《国际法的强制性》、《WTO上诉程序简论》、《The Legality and Legitimacy of China’s ASAT Test》等十余篇中英文学术论文，译著有《世界贸易体制下的中国》、《欧洲合同法》等。
荣誉奖项
曾获得北京市模拟法庭教学成果一等奖（团队）、高校青年教师大赛二等奖、司法部优秀教材奖（副主编）、中国政法大学优秀教师特别奖等奖项。
指导竞赛
多次指导中国政法大学代表队参加模拟仲裁庭、空间法模拟法庭、杰塞普国际法模拟法庭（均为英语）等比赛，并在国内赛中获得冠军、一等奖等优异成绩。2010年指导中国政法大学代表队在美国取得杰塞普国际法模拟法庭竞赛全球第13名的成绩，是中国参赛8年首次打入高级赛并取得的历史最好成绩。

EDUCATION:
graduated in 1999 in CUPL obtaining doctorate degree of law, specializing international law
His research field covers public international law and international economic law. After graduation, he joined the faculty of the College of International Law of CUPL, acting as professor and director of the Public International Law Research Institute.
Prof. LI obtained his bachelor degree on law in 1991 in South-West University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), master degree on International Economic law in 1996 in CUPL.
