辛崇阳，1962年生，男，汉族，日本名古屋大学国际法专业博士研究生毕业，现为中国政法大学教授，法律硕士学院副院长。开设课程有《国际法》、《国际法研讨课》和《日本法案例研习》等。研究成果包括：在中外学术刊物上发表论文30余篇；著作（含译著）2部；合著教材、著作6部；国家级立法调研报告和立法建议6篇；主持省部级科研项目10余个，共同主持国际合作项目1个；日本群马中国劳工案（东京高等法院二审）法律意见书2篇。

Bio
Earned the Doctor of Law degree from the Nagoya University. By far has worked at China University of Political Science and Law as an International law professor and also the vice-president of the Faculty of Juris Master. Has set up courses like International law, Study on Cases of Japanese Law, International Law Seminar. Research achievements include: more than thirty papers published in both Chinese and foreign academic journals; two books(including translated books ); co-authored six textbooks and other books; six pieces of national legislation research reports and suggestions; presiding over more than ten domestic key research projects and one international cooperation program; two pieces of legal opinions in the case of Gunma Chinese labors litigation.
