教育背景：历史学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。 中国社会科学院中国边疆研究所。
2007年7月毕业于中国人民大学清史研究所，获历史学博士学位。2011年9月-2012年9月，以国家留学基金委“国际区域问题研究及外语高层次人才项目”项目赴日本东京大学作访问学者一年。

中国边疆思想史、疆域理论、一带一路
代表性科研项目
2009年，主持国家社科基金青年项目（09CZS021）“清朝藩部体系与中国疆域形成研究”，已结项。

专著：《历史书写与藩部政治：<皇朝藩部要略>研究》，黑龙江教育出版社，2009年版。再版于2013年，书名为《<皇朝藩部要略>研究》，32万字，黑龙江教育出版社2013年版。
