基本情况

长期从事水利外资项目管理和对外合作与交流工作，在水利外资利用、国际合作与交流项目管理以及国际河流研究等方面积累了丰富的经验。目前主要负责国际河流信息采集与研究及对外交流合作和翻译等工作。

Biography

Dr. Gu has engaged in project management for foreign fund utilization and international cooperation for many years. She had worked as project manager for foreign investment utilization and organized activities related to international cooperation and exchange. Now she is undertaking research and studies on information related to transboundary and boundary river management. She is highly competent professional specializing in management of foreign funded projects, translation and research and studies on transboundary and boundary rivers.
