基本情况

樊彦芳，女，汉族，1979年4月出生，河北保定人，2005年6月毕业于河海大学水文水资源专业，获工学硕士学位。主要从事中印及其他南亚国家、中蒙、中朝等国际河流涉外谈判与管理工作。曾先后参加多项国家“十一五”科技支撑计划项目、水利部公益性行业科研专项经费项目的研究工作；承担完成水利部国际河流管理财政专项资金项目多项专题研究课题；参与编译、编写了《国际涉水条法选编》、《多瑙河利用保护与国际合作》、《跨界河流、湖泊与含水层流域水资源综合管理手册》、《北美跨界河流管理与合作》等译著（著作）。

   Bio:

   Ms. FAN Yanfang graduated from Hohai University with a master degree since June 2005, who is responsible for the trans-boundary rivers management and cooperation between China and the neighboring countries including India, Mongolia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and other South-Asia countries. She has worked on some projects about the National Science and Technology Supporting Plan of the Eleventh Five-year and Public Sectors Research Special Funds of Ministry of Water Resources. Furthermore, she has experienced in translating some books, such as Management and Cooperation of Transboundary Rivers in North America, the Handbook for Integrated Water Resources Management in Transboundary Basins of Rivers, Lakes and Aquifers, and Selected Anthology of International Agreements on Waters, etc.

   Expertise

   Ms. FAN Yanfang is engaged in the trans-boundary rivers management and cooperation between China and the neighboring countries including India, Mongolia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and other South-Asia countries.
